SUAVINEX is a Spanish company known for its commitment to beauty and innovation in baby care products. Founded in 1983, Suavinex S.A. initially distributed its products exclusively through pharmacies. In 1988, they became pioneers with the introduction of the 3-position soother, which was an innovative step in the field of baby bottles. Suavinex’s growth has been marked by important milestones, including international expansion starting in 1992, the opening of new premises in Alicante, Spain, in 2004, and the setting up of a factory in Slovakia in 2008. Their product range is expanding into the fashion and fragrance sectors, with the launch of their first limited edition collection in 2008 and the successful launch of Baby Cologne in 2009.

Important information regarding VAT and Duty costs
- Prices provided in the table are VAT excluded. VAT does not apply to customers outside European Union, including United Kingdom, Monaco, Switzerland and Norway.

- If the customer refuses or fail to pay these charges, the courier may return, abandon, or destroy the shipment at your cost, and we do not refund the goods or shipping.
- If the courier is unable to collect these charges from you and invoices us instead, we reserve the right to add the outstanding amount to your next order, and we may withhold fulfillment of that order until it is paid.
US / Canada Shipments
- Orders shipping to the United States and Canada are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): all applicable import duties, taxes and customs fees are covered by us and included in your order. Customer will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.
Shipping Address Responsibility & Non-Refundability
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing your purchase. Because our products are perishable consumables shipped internationally, we cannot issue refunds, replacements or accept returns for orders that fail to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Once an international order has been dispatched, address modifications are generally not possible. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, it must be destroyed in compliance with health and safety regulations and cannot be resold. If your order is returned or delivered incorrectly due to an address error, a new order will need to be placed.
