Who is it for?

Lansinoh’s organic prenatal preparation nourishes and conditions the perineal skin and facilitates perineal massage, which has been shown to prevent tears during labour. Perineal oil is used for perineal massage from the 34th week of pregnancy.

How to use?

Wash your hands thoroughly before using the perineal massage oil and make sure your nails are cut. Use 2-3 drops of oil to get started and add more if needed. Can be used 3-4 times a week from the 34th week of pregnancy.
