Delivery and return conditions

Goods purchased on the KOBIOKI website are delivered from a centralised warehouse located at Lazdijų g. 18B, Kaunas.

If you place your order before 15:00 on a weekday, we will prepare and dispatch your goods the same working day.

Delivery information

For your convenience, KOBIOKI offers several delivery options:
- Home delivery is by DPD courier service.
- Delivery to post offices is possible by DPD and OMNIVA courier services.
- You can also collect your goods at our collection point in Kaunas, at Lazdijų g. 18B (Aleksotas).

1. Choose the most convenient delivery method for your order.

2. Once you have made your payment, please email us. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been processed.

3. Once your parcel has been handed over to the couriers, you will receive an automatic email. an email with tracking information.

4. If you choose to pick up the goods in Kaunas branch, you will receive an automatic e-mail. email when your order is ready for collection.

Return conditions

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and purchase of goods concluded with KOBIOKI.LT online store by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the product to be returned and its order number) no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of goods.
  • You can only exchange or return a quality product within 14 days if the packaging is intact.
  • Quality goods that have been used cannot be returned.
  • The period for returning the goods starts from the date of delivery to the buyer.
  • The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer if the goods are returned through no fault of the Seller. The Seller shall bear the cost of returning the goods if the Buyer has received goods of poor quality. Product quality audits are carried out in-house at Biokobi International UAB.
  • If the returned goods meet the requirements of the Returns Policy, the money for the returned goods will be credited to your bank account no later than 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. If your returned goods do not comply with the return policy, no refund will be issued.
  • Defective goods can be returned to the trader by immediately informing the trader of the receipt of the unfit-for-consumption goods by emailing.
  • Where the reason for returning the goods is that the goods are of unsatisfactory quality, the Seller undertakes to replace the unsatisfactory quality goods with goods of satisfactory quality at its own expense or to refund the money paid for the goods and to cover the costs of delivery and/or return.

Conditions for the exchange of goods

  • Replacement of quality goods may be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
  • If you wish to exchange a quality product for another, the buyer shall bear the cost of returning and re-delivering the product to the buyer.
  • Quality goods can be exchanged free of charge at the Kaunas collection point at Lazdijų g. 18B (Aleksotas).

Do you deliver on public holidays?

No deliveries are made on bank holidays and non-working days.

Is next day delivery possible for all items?

Yes, we deliver all items available at within 1 day if the order is placed before 15:00 on weekdays.

What are your working hours? customer service specialists are available to advise and assist customers on weekdays from 8:00 - 16:00.
