How to use?
Use as a regular toothpaste. Put a small amount of toothpaste on your toothbrush and brush your teeth. Wash your hands and rinse the toothbrush before each use. Squeeze a little bit of Jack n’ Jill natural toothpaste onto the toothbrush. Gently brush your teeth in a circular motion. Not dangerous to swallow.
